when is the latest time for givivng jan 2014 visas?

guys any idea when would be the latest time that CIC would make decision for jan2014 admonitions ?i personally need to make many arrangements... i havent booked my hostel yet and still waiting for the visa!!!

It feels like they can take as long as they like
i have lots of arrangements to make as well and I applied online on Aug 28th and I'm still waiting for a reply.
I had to give notice at my apartment early to avoid paying for months that I wouldn't be there for.

They have started giving out visas to people who did their medicals in month of September already in Pakistan
