when i make the assessment on line with cic website

i,m going to make assessment on line

when i come to language
they but as following/

First Canadian Official Language
(either English or French)

Second Canadian Official Language
(either English or French)

so when one i have to fill?
my first lang arabic and i live in kuwait and i know english also
what one i have to fill?
pls advice

If u do now konw french then
you need to select bottom one 'no proficiency'.Thanks.
