when gift deed is needed?

Hi everyone,

This is very important. Pls help. In which cases it is required to present gift deed for transfer into your account within last 6 month? If ending balance during each 6 month was above the minimum, and parent deposited around 3K USd that i have already spent (not in the account) . Should there be a gift deed for those transactions?

Yes, your parents should provide you a gift deed. You need to attach it along with the POF documents i.e. bank certificate and 6 months bank certificate.
