When do you get back your Photos, Letters and etc?

Just wanted to know when do you get your photos, letters and other personal stuff back? Is it with the passport request letter or when you get your visa?

Depends on the visa office, but a lot of them don't return your things at all. That's why they clearly state in the guide to send copies unless they specifically ask for originals.

In the checklist for the sponsored person they clearly write: Provide originals: they will be returned to you once your application has been finalized.

Because copies are too easy to alter.
