when do we need to extend study permit?

Hi All,

I applied study permit for post graduated ( 1year course) and got study permit 2 years ( until Aug 2017) with a condition letter for study ESL. And I changed to 2years college program with conditional letter improve English and I finished ESl and wen to main course ( Sep'2016) , so I need extend my study permit until Aug 2018. Can I extend my study permit now? or I should way until my study permit expired before 90 days and do my study permit extension?

Could you pleas advise?
