When do we know the files are transferred to VO?

The email I received said my application ' will be transferred to a visa office' that I indicated in my application, but when will that happen and how can I find out when it does? Do I have to wait till their email to inform me of the transfer of my files?

which is your visa office???????? actually London Visa office does not inform client of transfer of his file.......New Delhi Visa office send intimation .....it depends on visa office.....and what your e.case status show right now?????

my ecase status is 'we received your application on Feb XX', but the email I received a month ago says 'positive eligibility' and 'will be transferred to a VO'
