When do processing times change?

Last update on the processing times posted for VO's was on July 26, 2013

Has anyone any idea when is the next update coming?

Logically, a quarterly update is done in the following months: March, June, September, December. Judging by the fact that last update (July) was a month late, I wouldn't be surprised if the next one will be in December :'(

The July 26 (for June) update was online in the beginning of August. So I expect the end of October update (for September) to be online in the beginning of November. Confusing, eh!? I think we will see updated numbers this week.
