When do I submit IELTS scores?

Hi,

simple questions,

My 3 year work permit ends 2013 dec.

I only found a job that fits NOC code late last year. so It's just pass a year experience now.

I want to apply asap because my permit ends 2013 dec 31.

I cant find any openings for IELTS at the moment.

Do i send in IELTS score at the beginning? or do I send it after I receive answers to my first application?

I am trying to find information on this forum but getting little confused.

Also how long does it usually take for CEC to be approved? as I only have about 13months left

I am worried I would have to leave the country....

Please advise me on these two questions.

1. IELTS submitting time frame, (is it right at the beginning or do they request it later) "so that I can apply first and find IELTS centers that are open in late Dec"

2. How long for CEC as my permit ends in 13 months and I dont want to leave Canada..

Call Centennial college, they dont have online system but usually have many spots available even week or two in advance. Here is the link: http://libraryguides.centennialcollege.ca/content.php?pid=77843&sid=2715288
1. You have to submit your IELTS with the application
2. Current CEC processing is 8 to 10 months on average

Do not send your application without the IELTS results, or it will be returned. Also, once you receive your IELTS results, please do make sure that your IELTS results satisfies the CEC requirement based on your NOC.
