When changing address ??

I just moved.CIC received my application on the 25th of Nov..I Wated to change my address as the sponsor of my husband ..moved in the same city here in Canada just different address. .Should I sent a specific case ??Because it does not let me do it in the regular way because my application has not been opened yet..Or should I call CIC..

Can somebody give me a right way to do this..Im worried...

I had the same problem.

I was trying to change the address (Im the sponsor) before the file was opened. After multiple attempts with the call center agents, I was able to finally speak to an agent who would change my address on the file and which would also change on the PR applications as well..

He assured me my entire file will changed including the application and it was, I got my SA and when I checked my status it shows my changed address
