Hey all,

I was just wondering if someone knows when the CAP counter will be updated with the number of applications taken in? On the website is says updated weekly, but I didn't see any update this week (has been more than a week since Nov 9)..

Thank you in advance :)

The CAP counter is updated with applications that have been put into processing (i.e., those that are sent an AOR). You will probably not see the first update for several weeks.

got it...

I am applying under 2282 on Dec 1st week... do you think I will make it to 200 and 12,000?

12,000 for sure - but I don't know how many applicants are applying in your NOC.

Exactly same is my question and concern, when will the cap counter be updated.

I will apply under NOC 2283 early next week by 25th Nov, so am not sure if my application will be accepted under the sub cap of 200. Though, I have been told that 200 is also a

failry large number but for my category, I am still a bit sceptical.

Thanks,
Choco.

I guess approximately 60 days from 9th November..probably Jan 10

i sent my application with 1 year experience but 10days less ,means 26 sept 2012 to 15sept 2013..does it gonna effect..??? though my employer letter says currently working.just worried whether 10 days gonna make a big difference? or should i send updated employment letter later on..???

if person got aor still it affects...10 days...??

Yes, you will finally be rejected if AOR is done. Some body was rejected on this forum just because of 2 days less for 2 year work experience.

if i ll send recent pay stub along with updated employer letter...that gonna work...???

No, a new letter will not help. They can only assess your time till the date they received the application. If you applied after Nov 9, your assessment will be done at CIO-Sydney, so you can expect to get rejected in the next couple of months. If you applied before Nov 9th, then it'll take 8-10 months from the time they received the application. If that is the case, you may be better off withdrawing your application, and reapplying.
