I’m from the Philippines and originally I was planning to do paper based application. I was advised that I need to pay the visa fee first. so I went to CIC website and processed the payment. After the payment has been made, I realized that I actually did an online based application because I was directed to a different page. The problem there is that the documents that I uploaded are not yet signed and aren’t complete because I was under the impression that they are just asking me to upload some of the forms so I could pay the fee then I will go to the VAC to give the other supporting documents. I was thinking of cancelling my online application and ask for a refund so I can just proceed with the paper based application but I have some question..
1. If I cancel my online application, do I need to wait for a certain time before I can do the paper based application or can I do it right away?
Or..
2. Should I just wait for them to see that the documents that I sent was not complete so they will just ask me to send the additional documents?
