When Can PR Sponsor Family?

Hello,
I know that sponsored PR need to wait 5 years before they can sponsor. But I became a PR through Express Entry...how long do I have to wait before I can sponsor family?

You can sponsor your spouse right away, assuming you didn't have one when you became PR (or failed to declare them on your PR application if you did have one).

What "family" are you talking about?
If spouse or children that you declared but were non-accompanying on your own app, OR if you got married/had kids after you landed as a PR, you can sponsor them immediately.

If parents/grandparents, you need to wait until you have 3 years of Canadian tax returns meeting PGP LICO amounts.

If any other family, you can't sponsor them.

Hi , out of curiosity , can any one make double application , like if a husband applying for skilled program or refugee or federal can his spouse also apply for spouse sponsorship ?
Can that application process the same time or it will take time ?
