When can I submit Passeport request

Hello Guys,
I just attended to Oath ( yesterday 9-11) and I need to request my passeport under normal processing but in person ( I will travel in the next 20 days)
they told us we need to wait 2 days before reaching Passeport offices.
Can I go on monday am or Tuesday am ?

2 Business days would be Tuesday.

Go in person on Tuesday morning and do not pay extra for urgent processing. You should get in 7-10 days. Most of my friends got in 5 days. You have lot of time.
