When can I submit my e-APR? (medical)

I have obtained most of the documents required for my e-APR but I can't have my medical until 26 January. Do I need to wait on medical results before submitting the e-APR. I understand that my results are transmitted directly to CIC.

Yea.
You get a medical document from the hospital once you do the medical exam that you have to upload before submitting your application.
