When Can I Sponsor my Parents?

I would like to know if I can apply PR for Parents at any given time or there is any time frame? Please help.

2017 Process is close.
You will have to wait to 2018 if your 2014, 2015 and 2016 NOA's meet the minimum financial requirement.

Calling is not going to help. The process is very black and white right now. You have your NOA's and then you apply for Intent to sponsor PGP (if it is the same case next year as well) in 2018 and then through a lottery you will be picked up.

2017 Intent to sponsor PGP is closed now. My advice is to check back CIC website in November/December 2017 for updates to 2018.

Why would you want to call them?
Wait until Jan 2018 and apply then.

I being the only child have busy work and not able to see them for more than 2 years as they live halfway on the other side of globe. I live with fear of losing them even though they r stable now but they r 70+.

If there was another means, everyone would be doing it. You need to follow the rules, so wait until later this year when they announce details on 2018 program. You will need to be lucky to win a lottery spot before you will be able to sponsor them.

They haven't even drawn the names yet for 2017 lottery.

Did you have income meeting LICO for 2013?

Your parents are 70+ now...when you get to sponsor them and they get requested medicals (reasonably 3 - 4 years from now), how old will they be? Will they pass a Medical exam?
My advice, if you want to be near them, apply for a SuperVisa.

How do you know you were not selected? You just asked if you can still sponsor them?
