When can I order Option C printout?

My fiance filed his 2009 taxes last week at H&R Block. I was just wondering how long we need to wait to order his Option C printout?
Also, what do you say when they answer the phone?

Do you say you want the Option C printout and copy of T4 slips?

1. It won't be available for about 2/3 months. You ask for an Option C and they will quiz to determine if you are who you say. You will need your SIN and probably the amount shown on line 150
2. Do the instructions ask for T4s? If you don't have the C, then T4s would be fine.

Hi there,

I filed my taxes on Feb 15, called March 8, and got my Option C for 2009, and received it March 15th. Give them a call in about 2 weeks, they can tell you where things stand.
