Hello, I have obtain PR through express entry and I am planning to move to Canada by February, 2018. Is it permitted if I get married before February and then enter Canada as a PR and then apply for my wife through spouse sponsor program? Or I have to officially enter Canada as single (as stated in my application) before getting married? It would be very helpful to hear from someone who have/had similar situation. Thank you.

There are many discussions on this topic on this forum. I would recommend you look through the Express Entry section of the forum.

To answer your question, if you get married after you land and become a PR, you can then get married and sponsor your spouse immediately.

If you get married before you land, then you cannot use the PR visa you have now to land since it was issued to you while you were single. You will have to return your visa to your visa office, let them know you got married and complete all of the paperwork (including PCCs, and medical) to add your wife to your application.
