When can i create my EE profile

Hi all,

I applied for my PGWP on 27 June 2018 and received my work permit on 20 August 2018 but i took a vacation of around 6 weeks from October till mid November 2018. Since 27 June 2018 i have been working full time in NOC and now have completed above 1900 hours. When can I create my EE profile, to complete my 1 year/1560 hrs criteria ? Your advice will be greatly appreciated.

I suppose they do not consider any overtime.
30 hours a week comprises a full time job. eg, 48 hours do not give benefits of extra 18 hours a week.
But I can be wrong, let some others shed the light on this topic.
