When can I apply for PNP

I arrived in Canada in June 2022 on a work permit. I work for a top notch software company here in Ontario province. I will not get any points under the age category so I wouldn't want to try the skilled worker category.

Can I apply for PNP now or is it too early? Will the chances of getting approved at PNP be less if I apply this soon?

You can apply if eligible. OINP has 9 streams.
