Hello, I have recently completed all my courses requirements for the second certificate, and now I am waiting for the school's confirmation of graduation letter to prove that I was eligible to be awarded a certificate. I was wondering when can I change my EE file with a second certificate? Do I have to wait until I receive my certificate in graduation ceromony? Or I can have the extra points as long as I receive a confirmation letter from the school? Since the question is not very specified in the EE, it only asks " was **(NAME)** awarded a certificate during this period of study?" This question seems not really specified whether I have to wait until I receive the certificate. Hopefully someone could give me some advice, thanks in advance.
