I got my job offer from an home care in Ontario Canada, but some said it can't be processed untill I get a job from individual family. That is, I must get job offer from an individual family in Canada before my work permit can granted. Please I need more clearification.

What do you mean “home care”? Do you mean job offer through an agency. Is this legit.
