What's the first thing after AOR?

Just curious to know what would be the first notification after receiving AOR?

Would it be medicals or can be anything?

Most likely Medical after that additional document request if required.

I appeared for medicals on 20th Nov 2015 and submitted docs yesterday so hoping to get updates on medicals soon.
