I want to ask CIC about the status of my AOR.. I submitted my application on 22 july 2014 but till now there is no response from CIC.. ECAS is not updated as well... I also mailed them on CIC helpine mail (cio-sydney-search-enquiry@cic.gc.ca.) but it says delivery failure..

Can anyone suggest whats the proper way of communicating with them for status update and if there is any other mailbox i could mail to

Did your CC charged ?

Its "CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca" . make sure you entered correct. There should not be any space before and after @

Try using different email provider like hotmail, outlook etc.
