what must be done as a job with more than 12 years of experience in teaching in schools of management and commerce. and how can I go as soon as possible. And how to get job easily in Canada from Morocco
knowing i m ready to accept any work and progres with learning.

You should assume it will be next to impossible to get a job from outside of Canada. Most employers aren't willing to go through the long and expensive process of hiring a foreign worker. Teachers are in very low demand since Canada has far more teachers than jobs available.

If you wish to work in Canada, I would recommend you focus on obtaining permanent residency status first.
