What to wear to the interview? For males.

Only formals, blazer/suit, tie, and be very well groomed as if you are going to give an interview of your life. Treat it as if your are trying for a job in an MNC.

Strictly formals. No casuals.

however you could be comfortably dressed in a proper full sleeve shirt with tie etc ....
i dont think need for blazer or suit ..... however best of luck...

if you have come under the category of managers etc then it is very important to go very formal(business blazer, tie complete with accessories.)

For some reason in North American they are taught to be super professional in dressing, gesture and conversation skills. - so they expect the same.
