What to place on the 1st page of your application? Cover letter or barcode?

Hi folks, what did you put as your first page in the application? Was that the bar code? Or was that something else (please specify)?

I am worries as I didn't put the barcode on top. Will they bother going through the entire pile to look for that page?

Don't worry. The bar code is for payment, yes it should be on top, but since it is not, they have to spend couple of seconds more to get it out.
