I am filing IMM5257E, IMM5257B_1, and IMM5645E. I live in upstate NY. Can I mail this application? Where does it need to go because the NY link on the Canada website says it's closed. I hope this doesn't mean I need to travel to California just to be able to visit my wifes family on ON.

website wont allow me to files online. It tells me I ether don't need a visa (and I know I do) or a family sponsor. I have a criminal background and have been denied entry about 10 years ago. I need to file these papers in order to go into Canada.

So the NY consulate will accept and process my Visa? I just read only VAC's can accept and process Visa's.
