hi all
i have a problem...my last passport has a rejection stamp of UK. I was rejected uk student visa because of fake admission documents (provided by my consultant) in 2007. later in 2007, in the same passport i had 3 year uae employment visa. in 2010 the passport expired and in 2011 i got new passport. now the problem is do i have to submit my old passport with my visa application file or will it be ok if i send only my new passport?

yes u have to submit both passports and always carry both passports with u

The new passport that you have is it fake or real? Either ways when you apply to Canada as an international student, there is a question "Have you ever been rejected a visa" you have to truthfully answer that question and give the reason why

new passport is real passport .....the old passport will give bad impression on visa officer thats why im worried

no kidding the reason I asked about the fake passport is because if its possible to have fake admission documents then its also possible to have fake passports, DOB and name. Anyway you have to be truthful and tell them what happened and why you didnt get visa otherwise if you try to pull a fast one and they catch you it will be another problem

fake documents rejection is a rejection in which VO will think twice that whether im providing real documents now? or which document or information could be fake? vo will get double minded nd hence can reject my application on these perceptions

Firstly, the new passport will always have your old passport number mentioned and old passport will have a cancelled stamped on it.

Now, even if you don't submit your old passport which has rejection, they know it, you can try for it and I am quite optimistic they know it.

And as others said, you need to be truthful about your application. I know people who got rejected for Austria study permit and made it through in Canada. So better provide all correct information and be sure of providing all correct documents.
