What to do when you realize you made a mistake in one of the submitted forms?

I sent my application (outland) in July and they received it in August (No AOR yet).

I think I made a mistake in the application form 5406 (Additional Family Information). I have written all the names only in English and did not write them in my native language.

What can I do about it now? I am worried that they will send back the entire application package instead of asking me to provide those few names in my native language.

You can send a webform to IRCC with the edited family information explaining your case and amending the errors you made, that way it can be corrected on your application file.
