What to do and how to get PR ? with 4yrs B.Tech and 7yrs IT experience in India

I need some guidance on how to get PR in (preferably Ontario) Canada ?
Academics - 4 yrs B.Tech || Experience - 7yrs Software Engineer || Real brother is PR
Considering the current IRCC situation, Please suggest steps to follow, like if I need to apply for studies or I can apply directly for Job, and then in which class I can apply for PR, or how I can target PR ?

Depends on your CRS score. Ontario may be an option. If you want to study look at Masters programs.
