It changes usually on tuesdays. 12:00am canada time.

That ecas tracker is very reliable. It was created by someone going through exactly what we go through, and he offers it through the goodness of his heart. Nothing is done with our information. He contributes regularly to another immigration forum. It was a wonderful service for me, I never once tried to log on to ecas myself, the updates were fabulous. Our last update came 10 days ago, and then a message saying our information would be deleted from the website. It is entirely trustworthy.

That's not true. It can change on any day, and Tuesdays are actually not the most active day.

Cant say about the rest but the twice it changed for me were both on tuesdays midnight .
