What the process of applying for a job in canada fr outside the country?

I am a first timer to this site i would like the process it take to migrate to Canada and get a job.

If you want to apply for a job from outside of Canada, then the first step is to find an employer who is willing to offer you a job. If you have to pay for the job - it's probably a scam. The best way to find an employer is through reputable web sites such as monster.ca and the Canadian Job Bank.

Once you have found an employer, that employer will have to apply for an LMO:

If the LMO is approved, you will then apply for a work permit:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/apply-how.asp

If the work permit is approved, you can then come to Canada to work.
