What suggestions do you have for fiancé in Canada of US citizen ?

Hello, I am US citizen and had been visiting Canada for about a year to see my sweetheart while planning for her 3 week trip to see me in the states when the border closed 1 week before she was to leave. It has been 5 months since we have seen each other and we are devastated!
The plan was for her to see where and how I actually lived, meet my family and friends and spend some time here to solidify the plan to marry. Now I am reading that the border may be closed for another year! I have everything ready for her to come and she is crying almost every day, it’s so sad. Any suggestions as to what we can do? To at least see each other? We had plans to live in the states and visit her relatives in Canada on a regular basis, at least a couple times a year... Any help will be much appreciated! Thank you!!!

She can fly to the United States, there's no prohibition on that. If she returns to Canada, she must quarantine for 14 days.

As you're not married, nor do you appear to be common-law, you cannot come to Canada absent essential travel purposes.

Would you be able to provide me a link or a something I can reference that states she can fly into the US from Canada?
That would be wonderful if she could do that!!
