What should i put in the SECOND NAME?

I am applying for a work in an oil company in Canada. They sent visa application form and one of the boxes says SECOND NAME. What should i put in it? Should i put my middle initial in it? Because i only have one name, Adrian. Btw, i sent back the application form leaving it blank, am i going to have problem with that? Thank you!

1. You leave it blank if you don't have a middle name.
2. You realize that most Oil Company Job offers are fake?
