what should I include in the letter if they need me to send the passport?

The application was approved. I need to send them a valid passport to finalize your application. Is that the only two things that I need to send them including the confirmation letter. Do I have put additional information in the letter? Do I have to pay more fees? How do they send the passport back to me? Do I need prepaid for them, but how?

You need to take that letter you just got and passport to your VAC.
