What should I do?

Hi every one,

105 days have passed from the 120 days and I have to send the documents within one week
And I already prepared all the documents.

But I have one document missing or I couldn’t get it within one week
Which is the marriage document.

Can I send the full documents without this document? and I will send it after three weeks and I will write a letter explaining this situation to the visa office (London).

My total points are 67 point.

I will send my wife's degree certificate and her passport with the documents.

Is this possible?

you dont have any option, please send it as soon as possible, if you are lucky then VO will ask you to submit missing documents later and gives you some time to submit it.
120days time limit over is the very hard time that VO accept your documents. lets try your luck. send the full docs ASAP.

Please send all document a part from missing one.... and attached well justifiyed letter as you mentioned and send the other documents later when u get it..

Note its just my suggestion there may be other option and can be ask from Qorax

Can I suggest that you send ANYTHING you can lay your hands on that provides some proof of the marriage to accompany the cover letter explaining why it is taking so long to get a copy of a marriage certificate? A wedding picture, invitation, notarized copy of documents you signed at the church or registry. Something tangible. Good Luck.

Right he can write seperate letter to local CHC and send with full documents, please mentioned everything in letter whatever missing documents and when you will arrange it, possible to give some specific days to VO, leave this letter as first page with your application cover and send it ASAP.
you already cross the time limit.

SO Sad.....Nothing to do.... Your 120Days limit is over , I am sure that your Full Documents will not acceptable by your local CHC. too late in this forum to get suggessions, for your satisfaction you can send your full docs. but my experience says it will not acceptable at all once 120days limit over...!!!!

Send what you can ASAP. They'll not return your file, anyways you do not have a choice. Send a letter along explaining why you cant produce the marriage certificate right away
