Hello everyone,

I am the primary applicant. My husband intents to start his university in September, but due to some official commitments he will be entering Canada before I do.

I there anyway this is permitted ? And can his PR process start with out my presence ? So that he can start his university in Sept as a Canadian local student ?

And if I go with my husband and not take our two kids along in September .... I come back in two weeks and then take them along with me in March 2019 (before their IOM date expires) .... would that hurt our process or cause any problems for us ?

If he already has his valid visa student/work permit, there shud not be a problem. However if u are planning to land first time after receiving PR and have no other valid visa, u must accompany him as Primary applicant. He can not enter as dependent/secondary applicant alone.
