What should I do when my passport was sending from IRCC but the package was returned to the sender by Canada post because of incomplete address?

I was sending my passport to IRCC for the temporary Visa, but when they sent my passport to me. It seems that the item was being returned to the sender by Canada post because of incomplete address.

What should I do? Does anyone know that? Please!
How can I contact with the CIC office? Would they send to me again, but how can I verify the address...

I would really appreciate your help!
