I got this below , I don't know what should I do , and the reason ?????

Dear XXX:

Thank you for your interest in working in Canada. After careful review of your Work Permit application and supporting documentation under the International Experience Canada Program, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:

• You are found inadmissible to Canada under paragraph 41(a) of the IRPA: through an act or omission which contravenes, directly or indirectly, a provision of this Act.

You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.

Sincerely,

HELP~~~~~~~~~

Have you ever been refused entry to any country or been refused a visa to any other country and not declared same in the application. Anything else that you have not declared no matter how trivial it might have seemed as this refusal implies you have misrepresented something in your application ? Have you been in Canada before ? What is your home country ?

:( I'm thinking , maybe I reapply once more???

There's no point reapplying if you have been found inadmissible. You are banned from Canada for 5 years and won't be eligible to apply to enter Canada until this 5 year ban is over. Failing to declare a refusal in your application is a very serious matter - so the consequences are serious as well.
