what should i do now

i did my medicals on 05 august2010 and the report has been received by the chc today 12 august . my blood and urine tests are done by the doctore who did my medicals. they collected the samples and send it overseas for result. today when i went to see the doctor . ia sk her the copy of reports for my own filing purpose. when check it i found out that date of birth on the report is wrong. what should i do now.

Usually DMP do not disclose the test results nor give any copies of the same.
Next where did u find the DATE OF BIRTH written wrongly. As I know the DOB comes printed on SEC A from Visa office.

the doctor took my samples and send them overseas for results.as i am working abroad i also need those results for my personal work visa here. so ia sk her for extra copy. in that copy of result all this shows.. its not the form filled by doc but the report that comes from overseas. ia m sure doctor has to attach that sheet while sending the papers to chc,
