What should I do if my name on degree certificate is different from passport?

In my educational credentials like degree certificate, marks cards etc, my name is written as 'SAMIRKUMAR RAHEMANBHAI BILAKHIYA', however, , in all other official documents like Passport, PAN, Bank account etc, my name is reflecting as 'SAMIR REHMANBHAI BILAKHIYA'. The KUMAR is missing and also father's name is showing as RAHEMANBHAI in educational documents instead of REHMANBHAI in passport. Will this cause any issue with my application? I am yet to apply but wanted to get some help from a specialist before I submit my application. Hope you can provide me some guidance.
