What should I do? All seem passed but security not started after 8+ months

Dear all! Please help me out if you know anything or anyone with similar situation!

I ordered the GCMS notes. Eligibility is recommend pass, criminal is passed but security has NOT YET started since the security assignment on 9/5/2019!
I'm wondering how this can be possible if the security was assigned on 9/5/2019 but still not yet started during the 8 months?

Is there anything that I can do to expedite the process?
The case due date was 3/29/2020 as listed in the notes, which was more than a month ago. Is there anyway that I can contact the immigration officer?
