what should be the length(months) of personal bank statement for Pk stdnts

what should be the lenght of personal bank statement for PK students. One guy told me that you put your money jst before one week of the applying for visa.

is there any time declared by the embassy for that, that the bank statement should or must be of 4 or 6 months period?

Most of the people show a full 4-6 months statement. They basically check for the level at which you are maintaining your account(s).
