what should be my target score

I'm a undergraduate student,
10th board(CBSE) - 87.8%
12th board(CBSE) - 73%
Cgpa..till now (till 2nd yr) - approx 7.0
Plz guide me..what should be my target score in gre and ielts/toefl for good university in Canada..I want to persue ms in computer science..and also plz suggest me some universities..

For PG Studies you need more IELTS Score, More than Band 6.5 and 7 - 8 Bank overall is greatly appreciated. Start prepare now and you will score ever more.
