What r ur suggestions on prcocessing time is 70 days 4 resubmission of file?

If the study permit is refused for the first time and spending 70 days by VO and again the VO spend 70 days on reapplying for study permit on filed application...........?

If you have any information regarding that again for the 2nd time, the VO again spend 70 days on study permit.....

Yah zulama narawa ho ga.........

I think some documents are previously reviewed, verified, checked and finalized by VO in previous file like,

1. Acceptance and visa letter
2. Registration fee receipt
3. First semester fees receipt (if applicable)
4. Educational documents
5. IETLS
6. Study Plan and cover letter
7. NICN, birth certificate, Passport
8. Extra Courses and Experience Certificates

(70% study permit case previously reviewed, verified, checked and finalized by VO)


And the remaining 30% new documents to be check by VO are for the 2nd time applicant regarding there failed application..........

1. VAF 1294E, 5645F, Visa fees and two passport photos
2. New police clearance Certificate
3. Financial support documents
4. Missing documents that leads refusal of study permit (supported docs)


What are your suggestions regarding 70 days again on resubmission of filed application to CHC ISB?

I mean when my previous application of study permit was refused, the Visa officer spend 70 days in order to finanlized my case.....

Again i resubmitted my case for study permit and justify myself that i am bona fide person....
So, again Visa Officer spend 70 days (pakistani processing times) or less time on my study permit case.......

Because some documents are same before i submitted my case for study permit.... Right know u got my point. Given in previous post from 1 to 8......

After refusal, What is your suggestion? again Visa Officer spend 70 days (pakistani processing times) or less time on my new study permit case.......

I am being refused by Visa Officer that is you are not bona fide due to following 4 points.....

1) Your families ties in Canada or Pakisatan
2) Your purpose of visit
3) Your travel History
4) Current Employment Status Certificate

Well VO he is satisfied from my following docs....

5) Educational Documents, extra courses, experience certificates,
Study Plan, cover letter, Ielts.....etc
6) Financial Docs of my sponsor
7) Coursed matched
8) Duration of Course
9) My Personal and Fixed Assests (Valuation Certificate)
10) Other docs.... (NICN, Passport, Birth Certificate, police clearance certifiacte)

I am right know 100% confident and justify my self that i am bona fide person,
by giving all of my missing docs..........
Ishahallah, VO is satisfied from my case and i hope he grant me Study Permit.....
