What preparations have you and/or your sponsor made for your move to Canada?

Hi,
I got mail from cic which asked me about residency questionnier.
In residency questionnier i don,t understand what can i answer the these questions

3) If your sponsor is not living in Canada, please explain why and when he/she intends to return to
reside in Canada if your permanent resident visa is issued. Please provide as many details as
possible.
NOTE: You should attach documentary evidence such as copies of recent phone bills showing
recent activity, a current lease agreement or proof of home ownership, copies of bank statements
or credit card bills showing recent transactions in Canada, evidence of current or future
employment in Canada, notices of assessment, and proof of intention to resign from employment
outside of Canada

So your sponsor has to tell them what plans and actions he / she has taken to move back to Canada if / when your application is approved. It can be done, I managed this despite not living in Canada for more than 40 years! Where is the sponsors:

To do list
Letters / emails to / from friends and relatives talking about plans to return
How many trips back to Canada, when and what did they do?
Letters from friends and relatives confirming that they have spoken to the sponsor about moving back to Canada
Where you want to live and why
What job they will do and evidence they are actively looking
Contact with realtors re buy or rent
Your game plan for moving back to Canada
etc etc etc.......
