What number to call to speak to agent, after you got approved for sponsorship?

I got approved months ago to sponsor my spouse for permanent resident of Canada. The agent I spoke last time at the mississauga site said I don't call their numbr anymore as now our file has been transferred to check approval for my husband to become permanent resident. Which is the number I call now to speak w/an agent? I am living in US. Thanks.

I dont think the embassy or Visa Office will entertain you on phone.If you need to know anything you need to send them email via case specific email which is included in your sponsor approval email or letter.

You can only e-mail, they normally don't answer the phone.
