I got married and I am in Canada and we are doing the spouse sponsorship. I haven't changed my name in the US yet. Should I put my maiden name or my husbands last name on the immigration paperwork?

Why would your legal name suddenly changed to your husband's last name unless you have done a legal name change?
Your legal name is still whatever is on your passport or other official documents unless you have done something officially to change it.
I have not and will not change mine to my husband's lastname. It's really a personal choice to take on a different lastname after your marriage.

As stated in the guide, you are required to use the name in your passport.
