I have done my biometric yesterday and I can see its updated on my profile for 10 years validity with biometric number. Does it mean correspondence letter?

Errr, nope. If you mean it is a refusal letter.
Just a reminder for the validity of your biometric in case you want to submit for other kinds of VISA.
At my place, it usually means that you are about to get the results within 24hrs

The positive sign to get VISA is that they ask for your original passport submission. ( in order to paste the visa stamp)
