what it means when i see decision made in sponsorship column while checking on line status

When I check application status of spouse..I see change in Sponsorship colum ,now it shows "Decision made"
what is the meaning of it

If its on sponsors side it is the sponsor approval. (Or non approval)

It means a decision has been made, pretty simple
